We are seeking a PT or FT friendly and outgoing professional. Answering phone calls, monitoring our safety and security systems, greeting and directing guests with the ability to deliver a personalized experience, focusing on marketing and first impressions of our community and assisting our residents and families. Must be able to perform computer / data tasks, assist our Marketing Team with mailings, projects, etc. Work closely with the Leadership Team and Executive Director for special events and projects. We are open 7 days a week, our hours for Concierge coverage are 8 AM to 8 PM. Are you passionate about customer service excellence? Are you organized, punctual and eager to assist with a smile?
